History of Battery Additives
The battery was invented over a hundred years ago and
around 50 years ago the first additive was invented to combat the effects of
sulfation. Although it seemed to work perfectly in ridding the battery of
sulfation the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) begged to differ. There was quite a controversy over NIST’s
findings and the product, AD-X2, which found this additive to be ineffective.

There have been great strides in the last 50 years in science and now it is time
to reopen the book on workable chemistry vs. snake oil technology.
We take it a step further and actually guaranty to
do that. What TENACIOUS does is take the sulfation, which is part of the
natural formation of the electrolyte, and dissolve or dilute it and allow it to
become the sulfuric acid, water and lead it once was.
